Cashier Live uses a Windows service called Register Relay to communicate with your peripherals, like printers, cash drawers, and card terminals. To troubleshoot problems with your devices, our technical support may ask you to email us your Register Relay logs so they can investigate a problem. Below are steps how to retrieve them.

  1. Open up your Documents folder. This can be found by pressing the start button on your Desktop, and then the Documents button.

2. Once on your Documents folder, click into the File Path bar and type in C:\ProgramData\CashierLive

3. Copy the RegisterRelay.log file and paste it on your Desktop

4. You can now email or chat us this file
