You can cancel transactions you no longer want in Cashier Live by clicking on the cancel symbol at the bottom of the 'Cashier' tab.
Cancelling a transaction will clear the page completely and assign a new transaction number
If you ever run into a moment where the transaction does not appear to cancel correctly, you should place it on hold and contact Cashier Live Technical Support at email@example.com
Sometimes a transaction can get stuck 'In Process', this can be caused by a drop in network connection or inability for the page to load
If you ever run into this, please contact Cashier Live Technical Support
Be sure to let us know your store name along with the transaction number(s) so that our team can place the transaction(s) on hold for you and allow you to recover it.
