Option 1:

If you want to add several customers to your store, the easiest way to do this is to send us an excel sheet with the following fields (fill out as much as possible):

First Name
Last Name
Address 1
Address 2
City
State
Zip Code
Phone
Email
Notes

You can send your spreadsheet to your personal account manager or Cashier Live Technical Support at support@cashierlive.com

Option 2:

To add a customer to your store, click on the 'Customers' tab on the left
Next, click 'Add New Customer' in the top left


After clicking on this, a new window will appear where you can enter in your new customer's information
Be sure to click 'Save New Customer' when done


Once you finish adding the customer, your list will refresh automatically and you will see your new customer has been added


Option 3:

Alternatively, you can add customers through the Cashier tab where you typically ring up sales
To do, simply log in and click on 'Set Customer' at the bottom

A new window will open that allows you to add, search, or set a customer by clicking on the customer name
To add a new customer simply click on the 'Add New Customer' button on the top right

After clicking on 'Add New Customer' the window refresh and you can now type in your new customer's information.
Be sure to click on 'Save New Customer' when done
Note: Saving this new customer currently does not automatically apply them to your transaction, you will need to click on 'Set Customer' again, find your new customer, then click on their name to set them to the transaction

Edit Customer

To edit a customer's detail or view their past transactions you can either search for them in the search bar at the top or click on a filter to sort your list in a specific order
Once you find your customer, simply click on their name

After clicking on their name, the customer's details and past transactions will appear

In some cases, the customer will have a saved card, you can click on 'Saved Cards' at the top to view the encrypted saved card

To edit any of the customer's details, click on 'Edit' at the top
This will open the Edit Customer window which will allow you to update any information you saved previously
Be sure to click on 'Save Customer' when done
