Method 1
1) Locate the Register Relay large icon on your Desktop and Double Click it to run. You should see it display in your system tray.
Method 2
Restarting Register Relay:
1) Locate your system tray on the bottom right of your desktop. You'll need to press the up arrow to display your icons. Locate the register relay icon shown here:
2) Find the Register Relay icon
3) Right click and select "Restart"
4) Log out and log back into Cashier Live
Restarting the relay will restore communication from Cashier Live to your attached devices, like receipt printers, cash drawers, and credit card terminals.
