Certain users may see a longer than 3 second loading message when scanning in an item to a transaction, like in the example here:
How to Fix:
This issue is often related to the screen zoom settings that are set on your Google Chrome browser. To fix, you'll want to adjust the zoom either to 100% or 80%. We recommend trying both to see what is optimal for your computer. Just select the 3 dots on the top right of your Chrome browser and then select the + or - button to change the zoom.
