setup, enrollment, starting the HP Engage One Prime

To begin setup of your HP Prime Engage One, make sure the device is powered on and connected to Wifi.

  1. Press the HP Engage Console app icon.

2. Select the Auto Enroll button.

3. Select the RemoteCast app icon - Cashier Live support team members will use this to help you set up your account.

4. Press each Grant Permission button.

5. Select "Allow" for each prompt.

6. Swipe to Enable.

7. Press the back button.

8. Skip the final selection.

9. You have completed the setup and can press the back button to return to the Home screen.
