Connection Issues

If you ever come across a screen that states:

"Please connect to the Internet to continue":

Cashier Live is a cloud based Point of Sales system that needs a constant live connection. Simply, back out of the application and ensure you are logged onto your wireless or data network. We work well with LTE, 4G and Wi-Fi.

Once you do, reopen the application and press 'Retry'
