In Case of Stuck Transactions

Sometimes, a transaction might get stuck "In Process." This could be due to a drop in network connection or an issue with the page loading properly. If you ever encounter this situation, don't worry! Simply reach out to CashierLive Technical Support for assistance.

Canceling Transactions

In the event you find yourself in need of canceling a transaction, simply click the “Cancel” icon in the bottom left of the screen.


Cancelling a transaction will clear the page completely and assign a new transaction number. If, for any reason, you see the transaction does not clear, place it on hold and contact CashierLive Technical Support.
