- Review or audit customer acknowledgments (e.g., HIPAA, Pickup, etc.).
- Export signed records for documentation or reporting needs.
How to Generate a Signature Report in CashierLive

The Signature Report in CashierLive provides a record of transaction-related signatures captured at the point of sale. It helps merchants verify signature types collected for auditing, compliance, or internal tracking purposes.
Why would I use this?
Use this feature to:
- Confirm which transactions captured customer signatures.
- Review or audit customer acknowledgments (e.g., HIPAA, Pickup, etc.).
- Export signed records for documentation or reporting needs.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Log in to CashierLive.
- If prompted to the Store Settings page, enter a register to proceed.

- Click the ‘Manager’ tab on the left-hand menu.

- On the right, click ‘Reports’ to open the reporting menu.

- Scroll down to the ‘Transaction’ section (highlighted in blue).

- Locate ‘Transaction Signature Report’ and click ‘Run Report’. This will open a new tab in your browser.

- Select the Store.In the report options:

- Choose the Signature Type (e.g., HIPAA, RX Pickup).

- Set the Date Range for your report.

- Select the Store.In the report options:
- Click ‘Run Report’ to generate the report

- Once the report is generated:
- Click ‘Print’ to print the report.

- Click ‘Export’ to download it as an Excel file.

- Click ‘Print’ to print the report.
Note: You must click ‘Run’ before you can print or export the report.
