How to Mark a Customer for HIPAA Signature Prompt in CashierLive

How Do I Use This Feature?

  • Log into CashierLive by opening the system and entering your credentials.
  • Navigate to the Customers.

  • Use the search bar to find the customer by name.

  • Select the desired customer from the search results to open their profile.

  • Click the Edit button located in the top left corner of the profile screen.

  • Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the profile. Check the boxes next to HIPAA and EZ Cap to enable signature prompts.

  • Click Save Customer to apply and save the changes.

After completing these steps, the system will automatically prompt for HIPAA and EZ Cap signatures during relevant transactions with the customer.
