How To Set a Customer to a Transaction

Easily Add Customers To a Transaction at Any Time

Adding customers to transactions in CashierLive is quick and easy, whether you're adding them before, during or after the transaction. Let's walk through these options:


From the cashier screen, at anytime during the transaction, you can click on the “Set Customer” icon to select the customer for this transaction.



Select the correct customer from the list.


You can now see that the customer has been attached to the transaction. If you have already items scanned in, you can still follow these steps to add the customer.





Apply Customer After the Transaction

To apply a customer to a transaction after it has been completed, simply click on the 'Transactions' tab on the left side of the page. Here you will see the list of all your transactions. Simply find the transaction you are looking for and click on it!

Note: You can select the option to look by day, week, or month using the menu in the top right, indicated below.



Once you have selected the transaction you need, click on the “Set Customer” icon in the bottom left and follow the same steps as above.




CashierLive even makes it easy to add or edit any customer information from this page. Simply click on the customer’s name and a window will pop up to allow you to add or change any information you may need.
