Typically when we issue an update to Register Relay, it will automatically update for you. However, certain devices, that auto update may not trigger. To manually update it follow the guide below:
Before starting, make sure you have your old version of Register Relay uninstalled. You can follow a Windows help guide here for assistance with uninstalling
1) Go to https://www.cashierlive.com/Drivers/Poscom/Publish.htm
2) First Click Install and then select the setup.exe file on the bottom
3) Upon clicking setup.exe a dialog box will pop up and the install will occur. This may take 1 - 2 mins.
4) You can confirm the installation was successful by hovering over the Register Relay Icon and checking the version number
